Em uma vasilha, misture bem o açúcar, a manteiga e as gemas. Coloque o leite aos poucos e misture. Faça o mesmo com a farinha láctea. Acrescente a esta massa, metade do creme de leite e misture bem. Despeje metade desta mistura em um pirex. Adicione o chocolate&amp;nbsp;à metade restante e, depois de misturar, coloque-a no pirex, formando uma segunda camada. Bata as claras em neve, junte a metade do creme de leite e mais duas colheres (sopa) de açúcar. Misture bem e use como a terceira camada (cobertura) da torta. Em uma panela pequena, dissolva a farinha com um pouco de leite. Coloque a manteiga, os temperos, o queijo&amp;nbsp;e o restante do leite e misture. Esquente no fogo até engrossar e reserve. Jogue o espinafre na panela de água quente e deixe até murcharem as folhas. Coe. Bata no liquidificador a mistura do leite e o espinafre. Se quiser, esquente um pouco mais. Despeje em um pirex untado com manteiga. Leve ao microondas em potência máxima por 10 minutos.
